2. Services Provided

Our mission is to offer safe, affordable, and independent shared housing that serves as a bridge to long-term security. We provide a supportive living environment and guidance in navigating housing options; however, we do not offer medical treatment, professional therapy, or in-home nursing care.

3. Accuracy of Information

Integrity is vital to our community. All application details must be submitted honestly and in full. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in an immediate denial of your application or the termination of your residency agreement.

4. Community Standards and Conduct

We are committed to fostering a respectful environment for all, especially our Seniors and Veterans. Residents are expected to treat the property, staff, and their peers with the utmost courtesy. Violence, harassment, illegal activities, or the misuse of controlled substances are strictly prohibited.

5. Financial Obligations

Residents are responsible for ensuring all housing payments are made on time as outlined in their individual agreements. Failure to stay current with financial obligations may result in late penalties, service restrictions, or a transition out of the program.

6. Termination of Residency

Housing may be discontinued if a resident consistently violates community guidelines, fails to meet financial commitments, or acts in a manner that threatens the safety and stability of the household. While we strive for fair resolution, the security of the collective community is our primary concern.

7. Digital Platform Usage

Users must interact with our website lawfully and in good faith. Any attempt to provide fraudulent data, scrape content, or bypass security measures will result in a loss of access to our services and potential legal consequences.
