What We Do – Housing Referral Services (HRA)

CalmArc Initiative also operates as a Housing Referral Agency (HRA), helping social workers, hospitals, reentry programs, and families connect with safe, supportive independent living homes across Connecticut.

If we’re not able to house someone directly, we refer to trusted ILFs (Independent Living Facility) and transitional housing partners in our network.

We work closely with discharge planners, case managers, and outreach coordinators to locate the best available housing options. We also help our clients complete intake and provide follow-up where needed.

This service is available to referring professionals at no cost. For facility owners, we also offer a referral subscription model.
