In 2020, while still serving in the U.S. Army, I took a leap of faith and begun our journey into real estate investing. I started as a house flipper - finding neglected, broken-down homes and turning them into something new, something beautiful. Over time, the company successfully flipped more than 20 houses. I loved the process - the transformation from broken to restored. It was a business, but also something creative and rewarding. Yet, even with the outward success, there was a growing feeling that something was missing.

While continuing to grow my business, I was also growing in my walk with Christ Jesus. My faith was deepening, and I found myself constantly asking: "What is my true purpose?" I knew God had placed gifts within me, but I wasn't sure how I was supposed to use them. Slowly, it became clear that my calling wasn't just to transform properties - it was to transform lives.

I began to see that while I was renovating homes, I wasn't serving the people who needed them most. The families and individuals society often overlooks - homeless veterans, seniors, disabled adults, and others who just need a second chance. God opened my eyes to a deeper need, and He gave me the conviction that the skills He gave me were not just for profit, but for purpose.

That realization led me to stop flipping houses for resale and to start RenuPurpos Management - a company built to serve. Our mission is to serve the underserved to overcome homelessness by providing secure, supportive, clean, and stable environments where dignity, hope, and purpose is Renu. Every home we manage is more than a project; it's a ministry. It's a place where purpose can be Renu and lives can rise again.

This isn't just real estate anymore - it's a calling. A way to serve God's people with compassion, excellence, and faith. RenuPurpos Management is about people, not just property. It's about using what I've been given to help others rediscover what they were created for - because everyone deserves the chance to rise with purpose.
