Affordable housing can be hard to find for individuals living on fixed government income. Our homes are thoughtfully priced and designed to support the lifestyle and dignity of those receiving SSI or SSD benefits.

Veterans

We proudly stand beside those who have served. For veterans adjusting to civilian life and seeking stability, we provide secure housing, support referrals, and the respect they’ve earned through their service.

Senior Citizens

Many seniors face housing insecurity due to rising costs and limited income. We offer affordable, comfortable, and supportive living environments tailored to meet the unique needs of aging individuals.

Displaced Adults

Section 8 Housing Recipients

Who is eligible to apply for housing?

We serve displaced adults, veterans, seniors, and individuals on SSI or SSD income. Applicants must be able to live independently.

Is Sunrise a medical or care facility?

No. We provide independent living accommodations in a shared housing model. While we do not offer medical care, we connect residents with local support services as needed.

How much does it cost?
