Hope Connect is a trusted referral network that connects individuals and families in need with essential resources and services in their community. We provide referrals for housing, supportive services, veteran assistance, healthcare, education and wraparound services such as food, clothing, and transportation.

Do you provide housing directly?

No, we do not own or operate housing facilities or direct service programs. We partner with trusted landlords, shelters, service providers, healthcare organizations, and community programs to connect individuals with safe housing and other essential resources.

Who can use your referral services?

Our services are available to veterans, individuals and families experiencing housing instability, homelessness, or other urgent needs. Referrals can also be submitted by case managers, social workers, healthcare providers, educators, or concerned loved ones seeking support for someone.

Is there a cost to use your services?

No, referrals are completely free for clients. Our work is supported through donations and contributions from partners who believe in our mission to empower and uplift communities.

How do I request help or make a referral?
