Avoid disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful behavior.
Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in disciplinary action or termination of services.

3. Use of Services

The Sanctuary at Westend provides housing, resources, and supportive services designed to foster independence and growth. Misuse of services or misrepresentation of information may result in loss of access to programs.

4. Fees and Payments

Where applicable, participants may be responsible for agreed-upon fees or contributions related to housing or services. All payments must be made in a timely manner as outlined in program agreements.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment, The Sanctuary at Westend is not responsible for personal injury, loss of property, or damages that may occur during your residency or use of services.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your right to privacy. Personal information collected for housing or services will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Modifications

The Sanctuary at Westend reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
