5. Payment Responsibilities – Residents are responsible for timely payments as outlined in their housing agreement. Failure to meet financial obligations may result in late fees, restrictions, or termination of housing.

6. Termination of Housing – Residency may be ended if rules are repeatedly violated, financial commitments are unmet, or the safety and wellbeing of others is compromised. We strive to resolve issues fairly but must protect the community at large.
